Zapmail sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes in bundles: Starter $39 a month for 10, Growth $99 for 30 and Pro $299 for 100. After 12 months the bundles rise to $59, $169 and $499. Domains cost about $15 a year, and pre-warmed mailboxes are sold as an extra.
Zapmail's year one price is one of the lowest for real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes. The detail to read twice is year two: every bundle reprices after 12 months.
This guide covers each bundle, the year two jump, what warmup and ownership look like, and when it pays to buy mailboxes that are already warm.
Zapmail pricing at a glance
The short version before we dig in. Here is what Zapmail pricing looks like on the published tiers:
Confirm the current numbers on the official Zapmail pricing page. Published prices change; the pricing model rarely does.
The Zapmail plans, decoded
Each tier targets a different buyer. Here is what actually changes as you move up:
Starter ($39 for 10)
$3.90 a mailbox, extra mailboxes $3.50. Year two: $59, extras $6.
Growth ($99 for 30)
$3.30 a mailbox. Year two: $169, extras $5.50.
Pro ($299 for 100)
$2.99 a mailbox. Year two: $499, extras $5.
Pre-warmed and domains
Pre-warmed mailboxes are sold as an extra. Domains cost about $15 a year per a third-party figure.
What actually drives the Zapmail bill: bundles that reprice after 12 months
The meter is the bundle size, and the clock. Year one per-mailbox prices run $2.99 to $3.90. From month 13 they run $4.99 to $5.90, before extras.
Warmup is the other cost. Base mailboxes arrive fresh, so they need weeks of warmup before cold volume, or you pay extra for Zapmail's pre-warmed ones.
The real cost of Zapmail in practice
Sticker prices are the floor, not the ceiling. Here is the realistic annual math for common setups:
Bundle prices only. Add domains (about $15 a year each) and either warmup time or Zapmail's pre-warmed extra.
Hidden costs to budget for
Beyond the plan itself, these are the costs that surprise new Zapmail buyers:
- The month 13 reprice. Every bundle rises after 12 months, by 51% on Starter and 71% on Growth.
- Warmup. Base mailboxes are fresh. Pre-warmed ones are sold as an extra.
- Domain transfer terms. Full admin access is reported by a partner page, but domain transfer terms are not published. Ask before you buy.
Is Zapmail worth the price?
If you want real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at a low year one price and can warm them yourself, Zapmail is strong value.
If you plan to keep the mailboxes past a year, price year two, not year one. And if you need to send now, add the pre-warmed extra or the warmup weeks to the comparison.
The pre-warmed alternative: Getlead mailboxes
Zapmail sells mailboxes you still have to warm. Getlead sells mailboxes that are already warm: 4 to 6 weeks of warmup before handover, the domain and admin access transferred to you, and the warmup log handed over so you can audit every day of it.
Zapmail Growth is $99 for 30 fresh mailboxes in year one and $169 from month 13. Getlead's Scale pack is $269 a month for 30 mailboxes that are already warm, with the renewal price flat after the first invoice.
We plan around 30 sends a day per mailbox and 3 mailboxes per domain. See the packs on the pre-warmed mailboxes page, or compare ten providers in our pre-warmed provider comparison. The head to head is in Getlead vs Zapmail.
