Zapmail sells real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at a low year one price: $39 a month for 10. The catch is on its help pages: every bundle reprices after 12 months.
This page compares year one, year two, warmup and ownership against Getlead's pre-warmed mailboxes.
Short answer
The month 13 price step
Getlead's first invoice is higher ($58 on Starter) because it covers handing over warmed inventory. From month two you pay $39, and it stays flat.
Where Zapmail and Getlead match
- Both sell real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, not private SMTP.
- Both connect to any sequencer over OAuth or SMTP.
- Both sell pre-warmed mailboxes. At Zapmail it is an extra; at Getlead it is the product.
Warm on day one
A base Zapmail mailbox starts fresh. Ours arrive with the warmup already run on our own network, and they stay in the warmup pool while you send.
Ownership and the warmup log
Who should pick Zapmail
- You need 30 to 100+ fresh mailboxes and have your own warmup running.
- You will re-evaluate before month 13, or you are fine with the year two price.
Getlead vs Zapmail FAQ
Is Getlead cheaper than Zapmail?
No. Zapmail's pre-warmed plan renews at $6 to $8 a mailbox ($24 for 3, $84 for 12, $180 for 30); Getlead runs $8.97 to $13.00. The difference buys the daily warmup log, a seed report, and the domain and admin registered to you, none of which Zapmail publishes.
Are both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Yes. Both sell real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
Does Zapmail include warmup?
Its base mailboxes are fresh. Pre-warmed mailboxes are a separate plan: $39 the first month, then $24 a month for 3, with 12+ weeks of warmup claimed.
Do I get the warmup log with Getlead?
Yes. Every mailbox ships with its warmup history, and warmup keeps running while you send.
