Infraforge costs $4 per mailbox a month billed quarterly, or about $3.32 billed yearly, with a 10 slot minimum. Dedicated IPs cost $99 each per quarter and .com domains $14 a year. Mailboxes run on private SMTP with dedicated servers; warmup is not included (Infraforge points to Warmforge).
Infraforge is private SMTP infrastructure for senders who want their own servers and IPs rather than a shared pool. The mailbox price is low; the dedicated IPs are where the bill grows.
This guide covers the mailbox slots, the IP pricing, the real cost at 10, 30 and 100 mailboxes, and the warmup you still need.
Infraforge pricing at a glance
The short version before we dig in. Here is what Infraforge pricing looks like on the published tiers:
Confirm the current numbers on the official Infraforge pricing page. Published prices change; the pricing model rarely does.
The Infraforge plans, decoded
Each tier targets a different buyer. Here is what actually changes as you move up:
Mailbox slots ($4 or ~$3.32)
Private SMTP on dedicated servers. The minimum is 10 slots, $40 a month billed quarterly.
Dedicated IPs ($99 a quarter)
Optional, but the reason many buyers pick Infraforge over a shared pool.
Domains ($14 a year)
Full control of the domains, with an API for provisioning at scale.
Warmup
Not included. Infraforge points to Warmforge, sold separately.
What actually drives the Infraforge bill: mailbox slots, dedicated IPs and warmup
Two meters run together: mailbox slots at $4 and dedicated IPs at $33 a month each. A 30 mailbox setup with two IPs is $120 for mailboxes plus $66 for IPs, before domains.
Billing is quarterly or yearly, not monthly, so the smallest real commitment is a quarter. Warmup time and tooling come on top.
The real cost of Infraforge in practice
Sticker prices are the floor, not the ceiling. Here is the realistic annual math for common setups:
Assumes 3 mailboxes per domain and quarterly billing. Yearly billing brings mailboxes to about $3.32. Warmup is not priced here because it is sold separately.
Hidden costs to budget for
Beyond the plan itself, these are the costs that surprise new Infraforge buyers:
- Dedicated IPs. $99 each a quarter. A few IPs can cost more than the mailboxes.
- Warmup. Not included. New mailboxes and new IPs both need warming before volume.
- Quarterly billing. No monthly option on the mailbox price, so the minimum commitment is three months.
Is Infraforge worth the price?
If you are technical, want dedicated servers and IPs, and will manage warmup and reputation yourself through an API, Infraforge gives you that control at a fair price.
If you want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats, or want to send this month without running warmup, you are buying infrastructure you then have to prepare.
The pre-warmed alternative: Getlead mailboxes
Infraforge sells mailboxes you still have to warm. Getlead sells mailboxes that are already warm: 4 to 6 weeks of warmup before handover, the domain and admin access transferred to you, and the warmup log handed over so you can audit every day of it.
A 30 mailbox Infraforge setup with 2 IPs is about $198 a month before warmup. Getlead's Scale pack is $269 for 30 Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, warmed and ready.
We plan around 30 sends a day per mailbox and 3 mailboxes per domain. See the packs on the pre-warmed mailboxes page, or compare ten providers in our pre-warmed provider comparison.
