Every email gets a live SMTP check by our own verifier, then the team sends the CSV by email.
Your count can differ from Apollo's. Fewer matches than your tier means a refund of the difference.
Apollo meters exports with export credits that come with your plan, and a single export from the Apollo interface stops at 10,000 rows. A bigger search has to be split into smaller searches and exported piece by piece, or covered by a plan with more credits. Limits differ by plan, so check your own plan in Apollo.
How do I export more than 10,000 contacts from Apollo?

Yes. Every email passes a live SMTP handshake with Getlead's own verifier before delivery, and invalid or catch-all addresses are flagged in a status column. Verification lowers bounces but does not guarantee delivery.
