Replaced Apollo overnight. Reply rate went from 2% to 14% in week one. Wish I found this sooner.

I sent 300 emails on day one. By week 2 I had a closed deal. The verification alone is worth it.
Carlos V.Sales Lead, Series B · Verified on Trustpilot★★★★★
47 demos booked in 30 days. The unlimited sending is a game changer, I used to pay $300/mo for half this.

Answer
What are Outlook inboxes for cold email?
They are Microsoft 365 mailboxes on separate sending domains, set up only for outreach. In a Getlead DNS sample of 1,123 mid-size company domains, 46% ran Microsoft 365 and 13% ran Google Workspace, so Outlook inboxes match the largest group of those prospects.

Outlook inbox questions
Why use Outlook inboxes for cold email?
Because many of your prospects read mail in Outlook. In a Getlead DNS sample of 1,123 company domains with 50 to 5,000 staff, 46% named Microsoft 365 in their SPF record and 13% named Google Workspace. Sending from Microsoft 365 alongside Google keeps you from depending on a single platform.
What exactly do I get?
Microsoft 365 (Outlook) mailboxes on your sending domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, warmup started, and the login details for each inbox, delivered within 48 hours. The price includes setup and DNS.
Do I need my own domains?
No. Add domains you already own in the order form, or leave the field empty and we register lookalike domains for you at cost. Never put cold email inboxes on your main company domain.
Can I send cold email from them on day one?
Warmup starts at delivery, but fresh inboxes need about 2 to 3 weeks before they carry real campaigns. If you need to send this week, use pre-warmed mailboxes, which have already run the warmup.
How many cold emails can one Outlook inbox send?
Plan on about 25 cold emails per inbox a day once warm. 10 inboxes is about 250 a day, 30 is about 750 and 100 is about 2,500. Keep warmup running next to your campaigns.
Should I mix Outlook and Google Workspace inboxes?
For most lists, yes. Match the split to where your prospects read mail: more Outlook inboxes for enterprise and regulated industries, more Google inboxes for startups and SMBs. A mixed fleet also means a filtering change on one platform cannot quiet your whole operation.
Which sequencers can I connect them to?
Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Getlead or any tool that accepts a Microsoft 365 account through OAuth or SMTP. Tell us your sequencer in the order form so the handover matches it.
Can I cancel, and are you affiliated with Microsoft?
It is a monthly subscription you can cancel any time from your Stripe receipt. Getlead is an independent provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft.
