★★★★★
Replaced Apollo overnight. Reply rate went from 2% to 14% in week one. Wish I found this sooner.
Natasha B.Founder, B2B SaaS · Verified on Trustpilot★★★★★
I sent 300 emails on day one. By week 2 I had a closed deal. The verification alone is worth it.
Carlos V.Sales Lead, Series B · Verified on Trustpilot★★★★★
47 demos booked in 30 days. The unlimited sending is a game changer, I used to pay $300/mo for half this.

Answer
What is a lead list building service?
A lead list building service researches companies that match your ideal customer profile, finds the right decision maker at each, and delivers their verified contact details as a spreadsheet. Getlead builds each list from 21.6M company profiles, checks every company by hand against your brief and SMTP-verifies every email.
Searches for lead list building in the US grew 345% year over year (Google Trends, October 2026).

Your brief
Write a brief that builds a targeted lead list
One paragraph is enough. Here is how we read it.
Your brief, as typed in the order form
USB2B SaaS, 20 to 200 staff, selling to HR teams. Contact: VP Sales or founder.
Optional: one great customer, for example bestcustomer.com. We use it as the yardstick for fit.
What each phrase becomes
US Country filter
B2B SaaS Industry filter
20 to 200 staff Size band
selling to HR teams Fit rule, checked by hand
VP Sales or founder Contact role
Filters narrow the pool. The fit rule is the part software cannot judge, so a person checks it on every company.

One-off, every company hand-checked, emails SMTP-verified
Prices checked October 2026, as listed on fiverr.com and leadsplease.com. Sellers change prices; check the source before buying.
It turns a description of your ideal customer into a spreadsheet of companies and the right person at each, with a working email. With Getlead you write the brief in the order form, the Getlead team builds the list from our database and public sources, checks every company by hand against your brief, verifies every email and sends the CSV to your checkout email.
What does hand-checked mean?
A person on the Getlead team opens each company's website and compares it with your brief: what the company sells, who it sells to, its size and its location. If it does not fit the brief you wrote, it does not go in the file. Database filters cannot tell a software company from a staffing agency with a similar description; a person reading the site can.
How much does the lead list building service cost?
$99 for 500 hand-checked leads, $149 for 1,000 and $399 for 5,000. That is $0.20, $0.15 and $0.08 per lead. It is a one-off payment through Stripe checkout, with no subscription.
How long does it take to build my list?
The list is delivered within 2 business days, by email, to the address you pay with. The confirmation email arrives right after checkout; reply to it if you want to add an exclusion list or a detail you forgot.
Where do the leads come from?
From the Getlead database (177M+ people records and 21.6M company profiles) plus public sources such as company websites. The Getlead team builds each list. We do not log into LinkedIn or Apollo to scrape it.
Are the emails verified?
Yes. Every email is checked with a live SMTP handshake by our own verifier before delivery, and the result sits in its own column. Verification lowers bounces but does not guarantee delivery, so keep sending volumes sensible.
What should I put in the brief?
Country, industry, company size, who they sell to and the job title you want to reach. Add one great customer of yours as an example and any companies or industries to avoid. The more specific the fit rule (for example selling to HR teams), the more the hand check is worth.
How is this different from buying leads or an Apollo export?
A bulk lead purchase or an export gives you every row that matches a filter, fast and cheap. A list building service adds a human fit check, so you send fewer emails to companies that were never going to buy. If volume matters more than fit, see the buy leads guide or the Apollo export.
