FrontSubjectone fix for Front's {{asset}}

Hi Kenji,

Looked at Front's {{asset}} and found one fix that usually moves the needle fast: {{specificIssue}}.

I can ship the fix as a fixed-scope pilot: {{price}}, delivered by {{day}}. If it doesn't help, don't pay the second half.

Want the details?

Hi {{firstName}}, Looked at {{company}}'s {{asset}} and found one fix that usually moves the needle fast: {{specificIssue}}. I can ship the fix as a fixed-scope pilot: {{price}}, delivered by {{day}}. If it doesn't help, don't pay the second half. Want the details? {{signature}}

Hi {{firstName}}, I design {{deliverable}} only for {{industry}} companies. Two recent ones: {{example1}} and {{example2}} (both lifted conversion double digits). If {{company}} has {{deliverable}} work coming up, I'll send my {{industry}}-specific portfolio. Two emails max, promise. {{signature}}

Hi {{firstName}}, Companies your size usually need {{service}} about {{hours}} hours a month: too little for a hire, too much to ignore. That's exactly the retainer I run for {{clientCount}} companies like {{similarCompany}}. Fixed monthly, cancel anytime. Want to see the scope sheet? {{signature}}

Hi {{firstName}}, We spoke back in {{month}} about {{project}}, timing wasn't right then. I've since shipped {{recentWin}} for a company in your space, and my {{month2}} calendar just opened up. If {{project}} is still on the list, now's a clean window. Still relevant? {{signature}}

How to use these freelancers & consultants templates

Offer a paid pilot, not a discovery call: '$500 fixed, delivered Friday' converts skeptics.

Attach proof to the niche: your fintech dashboard for a fintech prospect, not your whole portfolio.

Follow up twice. Freelancer replies come from follow-up #2 more than any other touch.

Before sending: verify every address with the free email verifier, check your domain with the deliverability test and run your final copy through the spam test.

Freelancers & Consultants cold email questions

What is the best cold email template for freelancers?

The quick-win offer is the strongest freelance template: one specific fix, a fixed price and a delivery date. It removes the two biggest objections (scope creep and risk) and turns a cold pitch into a small, easy yes.

Should freelancers offer free work in cold emails?

No. Offer a small paid pilot instead: '$500 fixed, delivered Friday' converts skeptical prospects better than free work, and it filters out clients who never intended to pay. Free samples attract the wrong buyers and anchor your price at zero.

How many follow-ups should a freelancer send?

Two follow-ups, spaced 3-4 days apart. Freelancer replies come from follow-up #2 more than any other touch. Keep each follow-up short, add one new piece of value (an example, a relevant win) and stop after the third total email.
