smtp.gmail.com on port 465 or 587, your full address and an app password.
Same values for personal Gmail and Google Workspace, from Google's help pages.
Replaced Apollo overnight. Reply rate went from 2% to 14% in week one. Wish I found this sooner.
I sent 300 emails on day one. By week 2 I had a closed deal. The verification alone is worth it.
47 demos booked in 30 days. The unlimited sending is a game changer, I used to pay $300/mo for half this.

The Gmail SMTP server is smtp.gmail.com, on port 465 with SSL or 587 with STARTTLS. Sign in with your full Gmail or Google Workspace address and an app password, not your normal password.
FAQ
Server smtp.gmail.com, port 465 with SSL or port 587 with STARTTLS, authentication on, your full Gmail address as the username, and an app password (or Sign in with Google) as the password. Incoming mail over IMAP uses imap.gmail.com on port 993 with SSL.
Either works. Port 465 opens an SSL connection straight away; port 587 starts plain and upgrades with STARTTLS. Pick what your app supports. If one port times out, your network may block it, so try the other.
Google no longer lets apps sign in with just your account password. Use Sign in with Google if the app supports it, or turn on 2-Step Verification and create a 16 digit app password. Google Workspace accounts have required OAuth or app passwords since 1 May 2025.
The server and ports are the same: smtp.gmail.com on 465 or 587. Workspace admins also get the SMTP relay service (smtp-relay.gmail.com, authenticated by IP address) and a restricted server (aspmx.l.google.com on port 25) that only delivers to Gmail and Workspace users.
Personal Gmail stops at 500 emails a day. Paid Google Workspace accounts get 2,000 messages a day per user, trial accounts 500, with 3,000 external recipients a day. The SMTP relay service allows up to 10,000 recipients per user a day.
You can connect a Workspace inbox to a sequencer with these settings, but the daily limit is a ceiling, not a target. Cold email keeps each inbox near 30 sends a day on separate lookalike domains, so volume comes from more inboxes, not from pushing one to its cap.
Username and Password not accepted. The app tried your normal Google password. Create an app password after turning on 2-Step Verification, or switch the app to Sign in with Google.
